Fire Risk Management Services shared the employee benefits plan renewal information for our agency effective January 1, 2024. 

The annual open enrollment period will be October 1, 2023, through November 15, 2023, with all changes effective January 1, 2024. 

 2024 Employee Benefits Renewals

• Health Now/Blue Shield EPO and PPO plans will receive a 6.5% rate increase (critical illness included)
• Kaiser HMO plans will receive a 13.5% rate increase (critical illness included)
• Delta Dental PPO, MetLife DHMO, VSP Vision PPO, and The Hartford life plans will receive a rate pass
• Halcyon EAP will continue to offer 3 visits; no changes 

The Monthly Employee's 20% Deduction chart below, has been developed by staff to assist you with calculating the potential increase per paycheck (see yellow section).
