Joe Schuller, Fire Captain

Captain Schuller, is a fifth-generation firefighter, has served in the fire service for over 14 years in volunteer, part-paid, and municipal fire organizations. Joe has held positions of firefighter, driver operator, and fire captain. Schuller currently serves as a Fire Captain/Fire ROP Coordinator assigned to the Training Division for the North Central Fire District.

Schuller  is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership and is always taking professional development courses to improve his skills. Joe has a passion for teaching and talking about how to effectively set expectations, train firefighters and establish effective fire service culture, both in the firehouse and in the community.
